A social development researcher and feminist activist. Her interests lie in qualitative and quantitative analysis of women’s social conditions in Angola to inform public policy; cataloguing women’s herstories; and feminist movement-building. She is a founding and coordination team member of the Ondjango Feminista. Âurea holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Monash University and an Honours Degree in Economics (first class) from the University of Cape Town.
