Izélquia Mondhlane
Izélquia Mondhlane obtained her degree in Educational Psychology with a specialisation in Social Work from the Universidade Pedagógica Maputo in 2017. She has been working at the Associação para Emponderamento Económico Feminino (MUVA) since 2019, applying her efforts to training young people, especially women, in human and technical skills to get them into the labour market. Izélquia also works in the corporate world, diagnosing gender issues and training on the importance of gender equality and social justice in the corporate world. She shares her experience in Freirean methodology and participation, training other agents of change, and constantly seeks to improve her professional skills by researching and writing about topics that stimulate reflection and behavioural change.
