Seraf Sidig

Seraf Sidig is a Sudanese researcher and social worker engaged in studying the dynamics of the Sudanese feminist movement and civil society following the December 2018 revolution. Seraf’s work focuses on understanding and enhancing social provisioning systems, both communal and state-administered. In addition, Seraf is interested in exploring the social and economic dynamics of Sudanese women’s rural and agrarian labour, and collaborates with professionals in the Sudanese mental health sector to broaden mental health services and develop localized interpretations of mental health.
