Linda Mensah is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Stirling where she teaches in the Environmental Law and Climate Justice Programme. Linda’s research interests intersect with environmental justice, Afro-ecofeminisms, and decolonization. Linda is currently working on a project investigating the role of domestic courts in the delivery of environmental rule of law in Ghana’s tensioned artisanal and small-scale mining (ASM) regime.
